Cardswest believes in the policy of having happy and satisfied customers.

This is also a two way street. Customers are requested to make sure that the item they order is the item that they want.
No refunds will be made if a buyer has simply change their mind . 

When purchases have been made the item/s will be packed immediate and be ready for shipping for the following day. If a buyer has realised that a mistake has been made then they are requested to contact Cardswest immediately. It will be too late once the package has left fo the Post Office.

REFUND POLICY
Full refund will be made if items arrived in a damaged condition.  (all wrapping etc must be kept)
Full refund will be made if items was not as decribed.

Refund wil be either in a replacement item, store credit or a cash refund.

Cardswest will not be responsible for items lost by Australia Post.

Any business relies on repeat customers, so therefore, every effort will be made to ensure that the buyer is complety satisfied with the service and the item that they received.
